Introduction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please read our return and exchange policy below. This policy is applied in accordance with Moroccan Law 31-08 on consumer protection measures.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care or beauty products
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Food or perishable products
  • Custom-made or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via our contact page, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours to confirm and coordinate the pickup.
  3. A courier will be arranged to collect the item from your address or we will coordinate the return shipment.

Refund Options

Since our store operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds are not processed via credit card. Instead, we offer the following options:

  • Exchange: Replace the item with another product from our store (the fastest and most common option).
  • Store credit: The item value is added as credit for use on your next order.
  • Bank transfer: In certain cases, a refund can be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we cover all shipping costs. In other cases, return shipping fees may be the customer's responsibility.
